GRADUATE SCHOOL OF NATURAL AND APPLIED SCIENCES

There are presently two Ph.D. and thirteen M.S. programs offered by the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences at Bahçeşehir University. Ph.D. programs offered only in English are Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In addition, M.S. programs are Actuarial Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Architecture, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Energy and Environmental Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies (IT), IT Service Management, Interior Design, Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Urban Systems and Transportation Management. Most programs offer options of specialization in different areas through a wide range of elective courses. The programs on Architecture, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technologies (IT) and IT Service Management are presently offered only in English, all others being offered in Turkish. The master programs can be with or without thesis. The thesis program requirements consist of successful completion of 7 courses (21 credits), a seminar course, and a written and defended Masters Thesis. The non-thesis program requirements consist of successful completion of 10 courses (30 credits), and a written Graduate Project. The Ph.D. program durations vary between 7-8 semeters and the M.S. program durations vary typically between 3-4 semesters.

All graduate courses are given in the evenings, between 7.00 pm - 10.00 pm and some courses offered on Saturdays if needed.
