Research studies in the area of embedded systems concentrate upon numerical IC/FPGA Design (VLSI), embedded hardware and software design, software, hardware tests, and verification, machine and computer vision, embedded video systems, industrial automation, and robots.

Research in the area of information systems focuses upon database systems, computer networks, computer graphics, distributed and scientific calculations, online learning, cryptography, and web programming.
