Department of Architecture

The Department of Architecture aims to educate students who reflect historical, cultural and artistic knowledge on design period, have necessary and enough knowledge about national and international standard practices, develop his/her research sense, have been educated on modern computer technology, speak foreign languages.

In the direction of this goal, along with theoretical courses of our department, education is performed at studio courses of 8 hours a week with rich academic staff – 1 academician for 10 students in accordance with the world standards.

In connection with the goal – being the World partner in the field of architecture - our students have options such as participating in summer schools arranged with foreign students cooperatively in our school, joining summer schools abroad or in homeland in summer or doing internship.

Our graduate students after educated rather well are able to work as freelance architecture by opening their own office or work at public or private sector, begin their careers at Bahçeşehir University Architecture department or other universities.
