Department of Communication Design

Bahçeşehir Universitys Communication Design Department aims to bring digital technology, creativity, systematic thinking, and theoretical and practical knowledge together to synthesize and create visual communication.

Our department has educated talented and fully fledged visual communication designers who work in the visual communication sector, as well as artists in the innovative field of digital art. Our students study in classrooms furnished with high quality equipment, in places such as design studios, multimedia laboratories, and photography studios. They have discovered opportunities to present themselves on national and international platforms by forming extensive portfolios which reflect their improvements in their technical and artistic skills during their educational period.

Our graduates work in different fields of visual communication design which include animation, desktop publishing, the web, and multimedia, and work in the public and private sectors as designers, operators, art directors, and consultants.
